what makes a kiss so special?

Well i just got back from work. Im going on vacation next week so i'm EXCITED!!! although now we are in the middle of moving...Boy...not very pleasant but I always tell myself" to get to the good part, you gotta make it through the bad part" so, i'm ok with it. YOu know i was just thinking...what makes someone's kiss so diffrent from others. Well, I came up with this:
A kiss no matter who gives it to you will always be a kiss and feel like a kiss wether theres feelings in it or not. So,what makes that person's kiss so special. Well the little things...The little things that lead to the kiss. A kiss is a form of affection ... but someone can love you or care about you and the kiss is going to feel like a kiss, and you might not care or love someone and the kiss will still be or feel like a kiss.get me? Well, what do i mean by the little things. Little things are those actions that show your feelings Like showing the person you are with that you are intrested in them: call them just to say "hi", try to be with them (even if it doesnt happen, but atleast try). Just show them you're intrested in them. Respect them, their feelings and their decisions. COMMUNICATE with them tell them whats going on with you...gosh just appreciate them. Let them feel like they are special and just not another person in your life (geez, their your bf/gf) that needs special attention. All that is what makes a kiss so special , so different from others. Dont try to make things ok with a kiss when there has been an argument...instead do all those little things and then top it off with the kiss and the kiss will mean sooo much more. see i always think...if a kiss could make everything ok than how come a kiss cant keep a marriage together? Divorce would be less if it all relied on a kiss or physical satisfaction...but it doesnt. Its those little things that keep couples together...the show of love, intrest the person you are with, respect, APRECIATIon,COMMUNICATION,just that....the things that makes your couple's soul happy...not what makes their body feel good...that only last for that little while...but those little things last in their memory, hearts.spirit forever. So dont be so cold with your special someone...show them that you are happy to be with them....TRUST ME it's something needed becuase then people could seem happy...but their hearts need your "little things".
...Hope yesterday & todays journal...have tought you something...Or brought you to understand your BF/GF...more. God BLess!!!!!

I learned a good lesson

Last night i couldnt sleep, i just kept thinking and i repented about the way i had been feeling about someone i really appreciate. In the heat of my anger i said relly mean things about this person. But i did learn a good lesson... Thank you God.
THe lesson i learned is that in a relationship when there is no communication there is confusion cause obviously you dont know what the other person feels or thinks so communication is how you know what another person feels or thinks. That leads to assuming, which leads to doubt. So showing emotion and communicating in relationships wether is a friendship,bf-gf,parents and kids, etc. is extremely neccessary.

A relationship is like a Plant. A plant you need to care for it constantly You need to water it, make sure it gets enough sun, talk to it, say nice things to it. If you dont it'll slowwly begin to dry and eventually die. Same thing in a relationship you need to constantly care for it ...water it to grow, talk to it to built a connection, and say nice things to keep it alive. Yea you say i do like him/her but saying to yourself i like my plant wont keep it from drying if you dont water it,talk to it, do the things you need to do to keep it alive.

In any relationship you have wether is with your parents, friends, significant other there will always be down moments, The thing is knowing that happened learning from it and moving on and appreciating that person more after all because through down times you learn and because of that you appreciate more.Just like a plant, you have done all you had to do to care for it but you wake up one morning and find a dry leaf and you think about how you wtered it, was it enough? or was it too much? maybe it was the things you said to it...Through analyzing your actions you realize what you did wrong or didnt do at all and inmediately pluck out the dry leaf so that it wont affect the rest of the plant and now that you knowwhat to do you will do it and you begin to like your plant more because you begin to know it better.
So all i could say is water your relationships with whomever you really care about because eventually if you dont it'll dry up and it wont be there anymore. Even your relationship with God its because we dont water our realtion ship with God that makes us separate from him because we could say "yea i love god" but if we dont take action totruely show our love, read the bible to water the relationship and learn from him talk to him to him Praise him we will find ourselfs disconnected from him.

So For this experience I thank GOd for it because through it i learned about him more and learn this great lesson. A.M .D.G

Later Gator and God Bless!!!

    <lj:music>God will make a way</lj:music>

A young man was at the end of his rope, seeing no way out, he dropped to his knees in prayer

"Lord, I can't go on," he said. "I have too heavy a cross to bear."

The Lord replied, "My son, if you can't bear its weight, just place your cross inside this room.

Then, open that other door and pick out any cross you wish."

The man was filled with relief and said, "Thank you Lord," and he did as he was told.

Upon entering the other room, he saw many crosses; some so large the tops were not visible. Then, he spotted a tiny cross leaning against a far wall.

"I'd like that one, Lord," he whispered. The Lord replied, "My son, that is the cross you just brought in."

When life's problems seem overwhelming, it helps to look around and see what other people are coping with. You may consider yourself far more fortunate than you imagined.

Whatever your cross
Whatever your pain
There will always be sunshine
After the rain

Perhaps you may stumble
Perhaps even fall
But God's always there
To help you through it all

LIFE TEEN Presents

Spread the WORD
“For who is greater: the one seated at table or the one who serves? Is it not
the one seated at table? I am among you as the one who serves.” – Luke 22:27

SITUATION EXPLAINED
Looking for something to do this summer?
How about becoming more like Christ?
SOLUTION OFFERED
The summer is upon us, schools out and summer jobs are in. I had a variety ofsummer jobs, some good, most not. I dug ditches and landscaped yards in 120degree heat. I coached kids who could win the football championship on their video game in one sitting, but couldn’t catch a real football if their lives depended on it. I delivered over 300 newspapers a day on my bike; nowadays I don’t even have the time to read the paper. And I bussed and waited tables…now THAT was a learning experience. That summer (and the summers that followed) taught me a great deal about the importance and humbling power of service. When we serve there is no room for pride, it is not about us but about the other. There is a reason that service is such a beautiful and virtuous thing, and that our Lord urges and commands us (in today’s verse) to serve one another in love.

Using our bodies and energy to serve another person is a living prayer. Often times these days bodies are used to tear down others rather than build them up. Sarcasm, gossip, foul language, fighting, drug use, drunkenness, lust, premarital sex, abuse…they are all examples of how our society takes the gift of the body and uses it not to serve but to be served or control, not to bring life but death.

Of course, there were other ways beyond my summer job that I could have served. I was really opening up in my faith but lacked opportunities. Actually, I didn’t lack opportunities, I lacked creative ideas in which to serve – simple things I could do on a daily or weekly basis. I wish that someone would have given me some ideas of ways I could have grown closer to God that summer. Even though I can’t go back, I can go forward. Whether or not anyone takes it to heart or tries these…at least I tried. In fact, several of the following ideas I have decided to do this summer in between my travels, in an effort to get back to my summer “roots of service”. Here’s a list of random things to try – some easier than others – give them a shot or come up with your own. How about:

Offering a bottle of water to a mail carrier in the heat of summer.
Showing up to the Church with some friends to wash Father’s car.
Helping a little brother or sister clean or re-decorate their room.
Clearing the table without being asked; doing the dishes before anyone else has a chance.
Get your hands on a helium tank (no, not for funny voices), fill balloons and distribute them to patients at a local children’s hospital.
Getting up early and mowing the lawn or scooping up the dog’s…um, presents.
Offering to babysit – for free - for CORE Members or someone who volunteers at church.
Getting some friends together and offering to help an elderly neighbor with housework.
Cleaning your room (or the house) while the family is out…and then providing smelling salts to help bring your mom back to consciousness when she arrives and sees it.
Give Jesus hands and feet this day. Let your eyes and smiles radiate Christ.
Be the man or woman of service that God designed you to be and that He delights
in.

In the Kingdom of God it’s the waiter who is the greatest, not the one eating. Carry the tray of love for God and serve with a smile. Before you know it,those whom you serve will not only be around the Lord’s table, they’ll be wearing aprons themselves.

SALVATION GIVEN
“For who is greater: the one seated at table or the one who serves? Is it not
the one seated at table? I am among you as the one who serves.” – Luke 22:27

Jesus would have been the first one to grab a broom, not sit and point out how dirty the floor was. A true Christian isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Bible Geek

Last night i learned something. WE came back from Tony's funeral and we went to Frenchy's house. His cat was having kitties. So, THe people there thought it was a sign. A life had just ended and four new ones would begin. The circle of life. It's incredible dont ya think? It also taught me a lesson, Not to have enemies and if you do try to mend your differences because life could be taken away just like ::snap:: that. End the feud, make a friend. so i leave you with that. And Thank God for today for another day of life, another oportunity to live! Good day..... I said Good day...God BLess!!! * MuAh*

    <lj:music>Shout to the lord</lj:music>

Well, yesturday was an ok day. My dad and I went looking for houses. were we successful? well we found a few but none we could afford at this moment. Well when we picked up my sis she told me Tony had died. I knew about his accident and thought hopefully he would make it... but he didnt. I was sad and shocked but i know he's life has just begun ...Eternal life that is. I look forward to Eternal life but not to the dying part. Our bodies must die before going to Eternal life with Christ. SO i ask if you guys could please pray for Tony's soul and all those souls that have pasted away so that they could make it to heaven and enjoy of God's presence for eternety. Eternety...hmmm thats scary...never ending...i bet never ending peace must be great. Well My mother showed me this e-mail about this pretty girl who because of a drunk driver is now physically ruined. I dont understand why people after knowing what the consequences of Drunk driving are, still do it. Geez it makes me furious to know people could be so blind and ugh. Jesus said to Love one another well getting into a car Drunk isnt loving your neighbor, its not, because your driving drunk might not only hurt yourself but other innocent people.Letting someone you know is drunk get into a car is the same as if you yourself were drunk. and thats something I myself have done carelessly let a friend drive drunk. Well we need to stop. Alot of times those in drunk driving accidents die...but in many they live but not the same, they are hurt and ruined. So i dont know about you but we need to help stop drunk driving because you never know , one day God forbid it could be you. I would like to say a prayer and hopefully you can say it too!

Lord, WE are greatful for another day of life. Please god forgive us for our faults. Alot of times we know that the things we do are wrong and know we could hurt someone yet we still do them . I want to pray for Tony and all those like him who made a wrong decision that had real bad consequences so that they can repent and find peace in you. For all those who lived through it but arent the same people they used to be... give them strength great faith in you and peace in their hearts. For us who are still alive and well so that we learn to appreciate the life we have and change for the better. To help those around us and to act like true followers of you. Keep us safe Lord ...Deliver us from evil lord , deliver us from gettign hurt or hurting others. PLease god keep our family ,our friends, and our selfs safe from harm . In the name of your son Jesus Christ . Amen

It's hard to admit you are wrong. Trust me i should be the one to know. Sometimes because well we know we are and we refuse to admit it, pride, maybe. Other times maybe because we dont notice. For my experience ...my whole life i have been the "good" one as my siblings would say. we are all good in our own way and we all have flaws to change aswell, I think. Yea, i have been put as an example to my siblings many times and i think they didnt like that very much. Why i did the things i did to all of the sudden become the " good one". Well when we are young we learn right from wrong and well i have done both. Obeying your parents is one of the many right things to do. And i have done that...why ?...Love and
respect to those two people who love you unconditionally and live their lives so our life could be good. I dont think that atfirst i was "good" to make anyone jealouse...but because that was my way of showing my love to my parents...make them see its worth it to do all the things they do for us. Doing good in school because thats for my future. But even though i was " good" i also had my flaws and not very nice ones. being mean to my brother at school, i didnt like my lil sister very much, she was always the cute one that got all the attention because she was soooo cute, and i was just the "quiet one"i had to do things for others to have the same attention. But as i got older and as i got closer to God i realized i had to change without letting go of my "good" side. I did that for my own good. No one else's but the more i was good the more one of my siblings hated me. i never did things for others jealousy but for my own good and housework for my parents. I have made many mistakes but one real big one to me i think was to show myself that i could also be not "good" as i was called. Well my fault i blame noone. So as this one sibling would tell me how much they hated me and that i was this i was that...i thought well, how come if i'm doing good things i'm being called all those bad things and instead of being loved i'm being hated? and i knew the things that i did were good but i didnt feel as they were. W/e and as i grew, now i know why i had that confussion. Thank God that sibling and I have mend those bad times and have become very close. But, Sometimes when i am wrong its hard for me to admit i am. So, when that sibiling tells me that i am wrong i take it as those mean things i was told for doing something good so i dont like to listen to that sibling's words that tell me how wrong i am. But after my Wrath has ceased i realize that person is right in somethings they say to me. So here it goes I am Sorry for everything! I love you !

God's Message To Woman
by: Author Unknown

When I created the heavens and earth, I spoke them into being.
When I created man, I formed him and breathed life into his nostrils.

But you, woman, I fashioned after I breathed the breath of life into man because your nostrils are too delicate. I allowed a deep sleep to come over him so I could patiently and perfectly fashion you. Man was put to sleep so that he could not interfere with the creativity.

From one bone I fashioned you.
I chose the bone that protects man's life.
I chose the rib, which protects his heart and lungs and supports him, as you are meant to do.

Around this bone I shaped you. I modeled you.

I created you perfectly and beautifully.

Your characteristics are as the rib - strong yet delicate and fragile.
You provide protection for the most delicate organ of man - his heart.
His heart is the centre of his being. His lungs hold the breath of life.
The ribcage will allow itself to be broken before it will allow damage to the heart.

Support man as the ribcage supports the body.
You were not taken from his feet, to be under him.
Nor were you taken from his head, to be above him.
You were taken from his side to stand beside him.
And to be held close to him.

You are My perfect angel. You are My beautiful little girl.
You have grown to be a splendid woman of excellence, and my eyes fill when I see the virtues in your heart.

Your eyes - don't change them.
Your lips - how lovely when the part in prayer.
Your nose, so perfect in form. Your hands, so gentle to touch.
I've caressed your face in your deepest sleep.
I've held your heart close to mine.

Of all that lives and breathes, you are the most like Me.

Adam walked beside me in the cool of the day and yet he was lonely.
He could not see Me or touch Me. He could only feel Me.
So everything I wanted Adam to share and experience with Me, I fashioned in you: My Holiness, My strength, My purity, My love, My protection and support.

You are special because you are an extension of me.

Man represents My Image.
Woman, My emotions.
Together you represent the totality of God.

So man, treat woman well.
Love her, respect her, for she is fragile.

In hurting her, you hurt Me. What you do to her, you do to Me.
In crushing her, you only damage your own heart, the heart of your Father and the heart of her Father.

Woman, support man.
In humility, show him, the power of emotion I have given you.
In gentle quietness, show your strength.
In love, show him that you are the rib that protects his inner self.

Thanks to Lj user Salvation_child
read her journal its great.

God bless!

<lj:music>Dont look at me -Stacy Orrico</lj:music>

Today is a self-image, true inner self realization day. Lol you know just one of those days. In this world filled with immorality, violence, crime, greed, etc. It is hard to be a follower of Christ. Why? well this is how it is:

We are all humans every single soul in on this earth wether you are christian, athiest, anti-christ, confussed,w/e we are all humans. We all sin , we all make mistakes its human nature, yes human NATURE that means we are bound to making mistakes = sinning. As Christians we believe in forgiveness, love, and eternal life. We believe that everything that hurts us w/e bad thing happens to us is the consequences of our own sins. GOD DOES NOT PUNISH! He loves, helps, forgives. That's my believe and no one can change it. I love Jesus, I love God, and i'm a follower... but that does not mean i'm not human...i am still a human...bound to sin beacause its ...yes, HUMAN NATURE. People judge, criticize, point fingers alot, even Christians(yes human nature to sin, remember?) o.k. I dont know if you know where i'm getting at , if you do ...smart...if you dont ..you will.

For some reason Society = everyone has the idea that Christians are perfect souls because they Live life by God's image. So jesus was perfect so so should Christians. And so when a Christian (follower of Christ -catholics,baptist,evangelist. for those who dont know what it is) Sin its coplete criticizing by society ."oh what a hippocrite, what a w/e,"so on and so on...we begin to point fingers critizice and so on. Forgetting that we are all humans, the same ,we all sin ...so who are we to point fingers...what makes it so ok to criticize anyone ... i dont know... if we are all the same .. sinners ...wether we believe in Christ or not. Therefore no one even christians should judge because when you point a finger to someone there are 3 pointing back at ya. Your own finger pointing reminds you of how far from perfect you are.

So here it goes the difference between a Believer (christian) and a non- believer (not christian) is that for believers after sinning there is forgiveness when we repent. There is a starting over. There is a spiritual change. There is a powerfull guidance that once its in your heart it never leaves it only Loves it carries you, guides you, and helps you change . It doesnt make you a non-sinner thats your choice, the powerful guidance makes you see your errors and guides you to correcting them in exchange of LOVE.

So there you have it. Everyone on this earth is a sinner, with Christ or not. We sin...just those with Christ repent and dont justify their sins, they do try to fix them, try to change, They confess their sins to one another, they humble themselves to Christ. They live their lives serving him, being his instruments of his wonderful mysterious work, yep , God uses sinners as his tools because his in our hearts, we belong to him.ofcourse the bad always tries to bring down the good and trip Christians, and we fall yes we do , but we have Christ and he picks us up because like i said we are his and only his. Jesus already won the battle, he died for our sins, he already brought salvation. It's up to us to repent, its up to us to forgive, its up to us to change, and change is hard but not impossible.

So, here you go ... I am not perfect, I am a sinner, My life isnt perfect

So dont look at me for perfection, dont look at me i'll let you down, i'll do my best to take you in the right direction, but dont look at me...look at HIM!

Praise God, LOve GOd, Serve GOd, Read his Word....Change for him or aleast TRY.

GOod Day ...God BLess

Yet so we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not
know him.” – 1 John 3:1

SITUATION EXPLAINED
What is love?

SOLUTION OFFERED
Love - so often we want it, but so seldom do we really, truly focus on what it
is.

Love is not a feeling. Happiness is a feeling.
Love is not an emotion. Anger is an emotion.
Love is not a “state”. Confusion is a state.
(So is Delaware, the first state in fact, but I digress…)

While love can have all of these expressions associated with it, it is still
more – so much more. Love is a decision.

What we are formed by and immersed in so often, though, is the worldly
interpretations and definitions of love, which are often short-sighted and
self-directed.

Let's review:
The world says that “love is blind”. The truth, however, is that LOVE sees
20/20. It sees our imperfections, our sin and our failings – all of our
humanity, and says, “I still choose to love you.”

The world says that “love means never having to say you are sorry”. That’s a
crock. You want the truth? Ask a married couple. They’ll tell you, “Love
means having to say you are sorry A LOT.”

The world says that “love is give and take”. They’re half right. Love is GIVE.
The “and take” is often added out of fear…fear that the other is not going to
offer love back, fear that the other will take advantage and manipulate and fear
that we’ll be left with nothing in return. There’s nothing “and take” about the
cross. The Lord gives us Salvation and we don’t even “take” that – we receive
it.

The world says that “love is priceless”. Not true. Love carries a price tag, a
heavy one, and He picked up the tab, for you and for me. We never could have
flipped that bill, but Jesus paid the price.

The world also tells us that “love doesn’t come in a box”. Yes it does. Love
dwells in the “box” in every church, in the Tabernacle where love dwells in the
flesh, for you and I to adore.

The world tells us that “love doesn’t grow on trees”. Yes it does. Love GREW
out of a tree on Calvary that day. The tree of love was planted on stony ground
(our hearts) and the roots (Jesus’ blood) ran deep below the earth, crushing sin
and ushering in LIFE.

Pray today's verse, really pray it. Recite it, learn it and know it,
remembering, too, that “we love BECAUSE He first loved us” (1 John 4:19).

I once read, “A bell’s not a bell until you ring it. A song’s not a song until
you sing it. Love in your heart is not put there to stay. Love isn’t love
until you give it away.”

The Christian knows where to find love in the midst of a world that does not.
Offer love today, in its purest form, and you will wake up tomorrow more like
God, who is love.

SALVATION GIVEN
“See what love the Father has bestowed on us that we may be called the children
of God. Yet so we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not
know him.” – 1 John 3:1

Decide to love. Seek love.
Without it you’re not really living…only breathing.

Bible Geek
